Skim Milk Powder is dated with a best before date of 18 months. However it is still safe to use after the best before date.

For whole milk powder:  add 200 ml water per 30 g ( 3 table spoon ) whole milk powder, 
1 bag（400 g）≈ 3.5 L ( 120 oz ) 3.25% fresh milk
 
For skim milk powder: add 150 ml water per 30 g ( 3 table spoon ) skim milk powder, 
1 bag（400 g）≈ 4 L (140 oz ) 0% fresh milk
